On Jan. 14, Stephani A. Walsh [#20804800], 47, of San Antonio accepted a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective Jan. 1. The District 10-B Grievance Committee found the complainant hired Walsh for representation in a divorce matter. Walsh failed to promptly and adequately communicate with the complainant about the entry of a final divorce decree or about the causes for delay of the complainant's requrested refund of unearned fees. Upon termination of the representation, Walsh failed to promptly return unearned fees. She violated Rules 1.03(a) and 1.15(d).
